Scope of Work Water Line Reroute: Reroute the 3/4" cold water line from the water heater to the laundry room. Work includes creating approximately 10 to 12 access holes as needed. Drywall patching is not included in this scope or pricing. Water Meter Riser: Rebuild the existing 1" water meter riser to restore proper functionality. PVC Repair: Repair broken section of PVC piping connected to the water meter assembly. Note: Drywall patching is excluded from all listed work.

A mechanical issue has been identified in the water delivery system — a 1/2" cold copper line has developed a pinhole leak within the concrete foundation, resulting in water damage inside the home. Kitchen sewer backed up. For fitting repair with clean out mini Hydro Jetter.
System Observation: - Fault in kitchen sink waste water removal system - Piping is not adaptable - pipe splinters and breaks into pieces every time the pipe is cut - pipe can be pulled apart by hand - Attempted to cut pipe back 5 times with no success - Camera and location - piping runs across kitchen to hallway - Due to the condition of the pipe it either needs to be re-lined or replaced - Flooring is already removed - requires opening the slab and rerouteing around island sink and kitchen cabinet wall into hallway.
