System Observation: - Fault in kitchen sink waste water removal system - Piping is not adaptable - pipe splinters and breaks into pieces every time the pipe is cut - pipe can be pulled apart by hand - Attempted to cut pipe back 5 times with no success - Camera and location - piping runs across kitchen to hallway - Due to the condition of the pipe it either needs to be re-lined or replaced - Flooring is already removed - requires opening the slab and rerouteing around island sink and kitchen cabinet wall into hallway.

Claim # 058601856 Tech attempted to repair the cracked drain line in the wall. Additional access was required for repair through stucco. Once pipe was cut tech located a splinter all the way down into Into the concrete footing approx. 10". We will need to breach the footing in order to access the sudden break in the pipe. This estimate includes the additional access in the stucco as well as breaching the footing for the repair on the ABS Drain line. Pipe repair estimate will be given after it is accessed.
