Technician came out to an emergency call out for Dry County. Technician walked into living room, to find multiple water lines laying on top of ceiling. Dry county was to cut ceiling out upon doing so found out that lines were laying on top of ceiling and nicked them. Technician had to make emergency repair on 2 1/2” hot lines. Water lines should be strapped and insulated by code should not be lying on ceiling top.
Main fault clogged laundry drain causing water to over flow out of box down to garage ceiling.
Technician performed diagnostics on master bathroom tub. Technician ran water from tub spout inspected tub spout for leaks no leaks in tub spout. Technician then pulled diverter in order to test back Pressburg on tub spout and shower arm no leaks. Tech filled tub to brim to check overflow status, overflow did not leak. Over Flow did not allow water to escape through over flow. Technician opened over flow to check if any blockage was visible. No visible blockages in overflow. Client stated he was I’ll and had fallen asleep in tub. When client awoken found water on floor of restroom.
