Replace the 4 inch filter that wasn’t standard for us to replace however, I did it for Sue Travis this time as she knows that in the future, the 4 inch filter is an added cost Cleaned out the platform inspected the wiring, harnesses and electrical connections verified proper voltage and amp draw system is working great at this time. We will be back in the spring to do the outdoor air conditioning cleaning as that will be the last visit. Need to renew next time we go out there for the air air-conditioning heating for preventative maintenance.
Main fault in system is the water control valve for bathing is having a mechanical defautl issues when operating indicating a bad cartridge. Fear of old valve leaking and or not allowing free movement or play in shower control handle. Client concern about water damage from dripping noise. Age of home is from 2011 original valve.and was maintenance once with fault cartridge.
Technicaan came for free leak detection Tech determine that shower pan has cracks and need replace shower enclosure.

Customer complained that when taking a shower she sit on the bench and heard a pop like sound. After taking a shower she noticed water coming up through the flooring right in front of the shower dam. Location is the master bathroom shower / tub combo Basted on the amount of water it appeared to be leaking for 10 to 15 minutes before discovery. We advised to not use the shower until repairs can be done by a licensed tile contractor. There are no signs of long term leakage.
Stoppage was on master bathroom, shower. No warranty
Side of house is really moist and looks like irrigation is leaking when it’s on underground gave customer estimate to dig and chase leak
