The furnace is working at this time, however, is extremely dirty clean blower motor and internal cabinet heat exchanger has flame and impingement and stress points informed the homeowner of the condition of the system. Fault in shower valve handle in upstairs kids restroom. customer was using shower and handle broke off. Customer is going contact customer support for replacement handle and cartridge. Then will call us when ready. Shower valve is about 4+ years old.
