Tuneup the ac system and evaluated and diagnosed the efficiency and integrity of the design. Key concerns: Evaporator coil is showing signs of biological growth inside the drain pan where the dust has accumulated, and the moisture has created a bond Air-conditioning system is filled with R 22 refrigerant that has been obsolete since 2020 and the outdoor unit has microchannel aluminum coils, which is the cheapest and most prone to leaks. Also, the dogs have been peeing on one side of it which is going to cause the aluminum to thin out from the acidity of the pee Airflow is poor to daughter‘s room due to the fact of the ducting design where it is losing pressure because it is the last run on a trunk Attic insulation is so low it’s less than 4 inches which is what it used to be in the 70s. Burst water line rolls under both showers from one bathroom manifold to the other. We are recommending to reroute the pipe instead of breaching through the bathtub.
