Cost to install tankless hot water delivery system located in garage with a built-in recirculating pump. Will dispose of old water heater. And will include a loop system at furthest fixture in home RT Olson plumbing will include a one year parts and labor warranty and the manufacturer gives a 15 year heat exchanger warranty and five-year parts warranty. Will also include installation of an electrical outlet to power the unit. model: NPE-210A2(NG) SN. 2082T2461029506

Remove and replace Chicago style commercial faucet.
Technician performed monthly inspection upon inspection noticed 2 loose faucets 1 in patient room one second in restroom. 1 loose toilet. Needs pull and reset so no sewage escapes on to the floor. Loose eye wash station with restricted flow. Water heater Recirculating pump is starting to make noise recommend replacement before noise exceed comfort level and starts screaming. Upon other inspections of facility didn’t notice any other problems occurring
Provided estimate for tank and tankless options also on whole home walk-through found two toilets squealing that need fill valve supply line and angle stop replacements, Mr. Tayag is currently at work and will not be home till much later this evening he is a truck driver he will speak with his wife when he gets home they also have a general contractor friend that they are trying to get a hold of to see if he can do the work we will follow up with them on Wednesday, October 30, 2024.
