Plumbing Observations: -Mechanical fault in plastic water delivery supply line -The client is could face a plastic delivery supply line failing causing potential water damage claims. -The home, built in 2000, is over 20 years old. -There is no routine plumbing maintenance schedule Scope of work: Flush hot water containment system
-Union I fixed need it to be a little tighter Leak wasn’t showing on air pump or gauge -Put air in gas line at 15 psi for 30 minutes and held. -Gas company arrived tested and turned gas back on -sprayed union with leak solution to confirm leak was gone

Technician will do repairs on Saturday as an Emergency service in order to get business up and running. Technician will make repair on Sat day connecting Sch 80 pvc then transitioning into Press. During this time blue needs a set time of at least 12 hours. Technician will come back on Sunday Morning in order to turn off water. RTO Plumbing will be giving 1 year Labor warranty
Free leak detection. Referral to dry county so they can help with insurance. Liens already has done breach and access to fix 1 of the slab leaks. Technician found 2 other slab leaks.
