Inspected underneath mobile home did not see any signs of water dripping from apron recommended cutting apron customer will think about that option
Leak determined on water heater. Water heater was put in by family member plumber. Water heater is under warranty. Dry county will need to come out to remove mold and base of water heater and then family member will reinstall water heater.

Mechanical fault in hot water containment system needs repair and code upgrades. I’m all done over here. Leak detection in Corona. We need you to turn it around.
