Flushed out tankless water heater for about an hour lots of dirt and debris came out of it flushed it with freshwater for about 15 minutes afterwards ran all the hot water lines to flush the lines. Water heater is working great. Remove the aerators on the bathroom, sinks downstairs and the two master bathroom sinks however, the upstairs jack and Jill bathroom that connects the bedrooms those aerators are very stuck on so bad where it broke the tool Explain this to Steve we can try again next visit Janet. The tenant is very happy with the water pressure and all of the faucet she is regularly. Highly recommend a water filter to avoid all of this in the future. The house is meant for a filter where it would be inside the garage right next to the tankless water heater.

Replaced existing capacitor that failed to start both the condenser fan and the compressor after installing the turbo capacitor. The system performed properly checked refrigerant levels and the temperature splits. Everything appeared to be normal. However, the filters are very dirty and the unit does need cleaning outside in the attic, but highly recommend having us come out to do a tuneup or just a yearly Maintenance club membership we come out twice a year to clean the system. Change filters and perform safety inspections heating system.

For this Job the transformer inside the furnace that allows the low voltage system to communicate to the thermostat and the rest of the HVAC controls was faulty. The outdoor contact relay was grounded and caused failure. Replaced both bad parts and restored system to proper function. Also used metal screws to secure the disconnected dryer vent pipe in the attic. Waived trip charge of $98.
