Tim Eagleson came out to do an AC inspection on my home during the heatwave to make sure everything was permorming correctly so we didnt get left stranded with out AC. He was professional, on time and had all the tools he needed. The inspection was thorough and honest. Didnt try to sell me on a bunch of stuff I "needed" and gave me an honest assement of the system plus some upgrade ideas for the future. I will 100% be calling him out again when I decide to do those upgrades. Thanks!

My AC went out Saturday and within a few hours had an appt scheduled for Sunday which doesn’t usually happen with other companies. Technician performed tankless water heater flush
Dry County refferal for plumbing report. Technician came to site 31460 Westwind Ln. menifee,Ca Observed the functionality of shower ran shower on multiple seething to determine if any water is come from valve, shower arm or diverter. Technician determine nothing wrong with Shower Valve. Technician then started to diagnose toilet to see if failed wax ring was cause of outside bacterial growth. Flush toilet in order to determine water leaving flange area negative results. Technician then proceeded to rock the toilet to see if any play or movement in toilet. Toilet is Secured to base. Client stated wax ring life span is 3-4 years old. Technician performed pressure test on. Home and held pressure at 72psi.
Cleaned out the dirty system in the attic systems were great at this time. No safety issues are found in the ductwork is size properly filters are clean thermostats calibrated.

For this, Job arrived to find 24 ton your heat pumps that are 25-year-old systems. Both evaporator coils are very dirty, and the filters were clogged systems have built in five minute time delays upon startup of the thermostat so immediate cooling does not turn on right away. The temperature splits between both units and at 25° cooling splits, which is good. Didn’t perform heating test due to the weather being hot however, the air conditioners are working. They just need cleaning and semi annual maintenance is highly recommended. Need 100 foot water hose to clean the systems and there is a burnt wire on the run wire to the compressor on unit number two The wire repair will be fixed with the silver club membership

For this job, I checked the furnace the blower motor the motherboard checked the heat exchange and the evaporator coil. Check the return ducks and the filter. Check the supply vents. Check the airflow and the RCA levels. Check the outdoor electrical problem in the capacitor cleared out the right problem.
For this job, I did a complete complete tuneup, clean the coils check the electrical check the furnace check the evaporator coil and ducks. Check the air scrubber and the cool clean up the system and make sure it was factory settings.
Tech performed pull and reset of toilet to gain access for Camera usage. Techs camera went through closet flange into horizontal for 5 ft then 90°bend for another ten ‘ horizontally till hit blockage push through blockage and finally hit vertical connecting to other guest bathroom no clog in horizontal from other restroom. Findng that the blockage is before other restrooms connection above ground.in ceiling.
