My email request was followed up promptly and service was scheduled. I was notified when the technician was on his way and he called to clarify what I needed done. Excellent service and timely.

I had a leak from prior service however they immediately responded and solved it very quickly and for the water damage their resolving too. They really take care of you even with warranty work. Their the best hard to find service like that. Employees are great too.

Came to test RO system. Customer stated it was leaking the day before. Tested it for about 30 minutes no leak. Called RO system company They recommended that we swap O-rings for filters (Q-series o ring). Told customer to keep an eye on it for the next couple days.

The age of the system is 24 years old. The neglect of the system is not having any water conditioning for your water containment system. Customer needs an electronic leak detection. With a reroute or a re-pipe of the home. Customer has a copper water piping system underneath slab of concrete. The main problem is he has a leaky waterline underneath slab of concrete. The safety and health concerns if the customer does not address this situation, he will get water damage coming up into his home

Upon arrival found wet mark on left side of property approximately 20 feet long upon further investigation found in neighbors yard directly adjacent to the wet spot at 13793. The entirety of the right side of the backyard is wet and the planters around the trees have standing water in them believe the leak is coming from the neighbors house not 13793.(see photos/videos.).
