Wow! Tim showed up on a Wednesday and took his time to go over our options and what would work best. Completely knowledgeable, but most importantly passionate about what he does! Came back on Monday and worked magic to make our hottest upstairs room to be at temp with the rest of the house. They were thorough. Clean. Professional and friendly. Honest and fair pricing. Technician performed leak detection. Technician performed pressure test on home failed. Discovered water under flooring in living room. Technician performed electronic leak detection on home. Technician located 3/4” hot water manifold from back of water heater to hidden manifold in wall of living room. Located burst pipe 3/4" hot water main supply line underneath living room floor.
Coordinated with downstairs tenant to look for leak.

Repair half inch cold water line at 90 with pinhole leak.
Break out stucco on unit 3 hallway entrance to find pipe. This price does not include repairs. For repairs main water will need to be shut off for 4 hours
Came to customers house to provide estimate to replace two toilets and a leaking anti-siphon valve. Customer is going to hold off an anti-siphon valve and take it advantage of black Friday and purchase toilets over the weekend and hopefully call us by Monday to install.
