My husband and I have used RT plumbing for a couple of years now ever since we purchased our home. We had a list of items we wanted taken care of that the home inspector pointed out and RT Olson was one of the easiest contractors we worked with. Our usual plumber is David and he is awesome. He is prompt, professional, and does quality work. We have also had JR and even the owner of the company do some work in our home and it was also a very pleasant experience. The ladies that answer the phone and make appointments are very sweet and make you feel valued as a customer. I have recommended them to others and will continue to choose them for any plumbing issues in our home.

Spoke to the customer Philip, explained he had a gas leak and called all American leak detection to perform a helium leak detection and repaired the leak at the meter Once repair was made, another leak was found but all a,Eric am can’t return till Friday and customer has no gas Quoted 1800 to perform leak detection and customer said that’s expensive and other companies are way cheaper

For this job the outdoor unit has no refrigerant in the system and is leaked out of the condensing unit visibly at the outside coils. Gave options to replace the condensing unit and an option to replace the condensing unit and coil to get 10 year warranty.
