PLUMBING INSPECTION REPORT -Pex B pipes in the kitchen are running underground. There are no signs of leakage. I appears the entire house is PEX and all of the water lines are inside the ground. -Emergency Angle Stop Valves for sinks and toilets are hard to turn. All appear to be original to the house. (Some were Fixed by other plumber) -Inspected toilets. They still flush good but the parts inside the toilet tank show signs of wear and tear. Recommend to replace the fill valve and flappers to avoid future issues.
