Cleaned the unit thoroughly inside and out checked refrigerant pressures in charge. Everything is OK on that side. Replace the filter 16 x 25 by one The dual motor control is bad and needs to be replaced. The fan motor is barely spinning outside. We left recommendations for Tony and Victoria to go over and decide on later when they’re together
Couldn’t Descale unit Because unit is leaking internally and may need replacement or repair. Opened unit to confirm and yes it is leaking from the inside. Field supervisor coming to inspect unit and write estimate for customer. Washing machine cold bib is leaking. Customer like that an estimate as well.

Perform leak detection on whole home water delivery system No signs of leak and meter is not spinning. Improper compacting issue around foundation of garage dirt settling creating a sinkhole, approximately 5 feet deep under garage foundation
For the shop, me and Ty removed the heat pump and the filter and the sheet metal from the return chase
Adjusted the fan speeds for the system to work correctly and adjusted the refrigerator charge outside

Did heat turn up and system is old and recommend new system. Turn job over to Tim and will be installing new system tomorrow.
