Solder joint was leaking Customer noticed the wet spot on the driveway when he checked softener solder joint was leaking
Estimate Scope -Client supplied Aquasana water filtration system -Back wash drain line -Hard pipe bypass valve assembly with Copper and connect directly to tank -Install hard copper pipe to the pre filter

Provided estimates for company supplied water softener infiltration all the way down to homeowner provided water softener. Homeowner is getting other estimates at this time does not wish to move forward.

Spoke with Mr. and Mrs. Yee explained active situation with leak on upstairs guest bathtub shower needs to be repaired before accurate leak detection can be performed homeowner has had a few other plumbers out here to take a look at the problem but explained that they have not reviewed their proposals yet we will provide a written estimate to replace the upstairs guest bath tub shower cartridge which is a mix it and perform a cut and If approved by homeowner.
Helped John with his thermostat registration. Scheduled the permits with Nate. He will be performing the HERS test next week
Installation Package Includes: • Furnish and install stated equipment as well as all parts, materials and labor at or above manufactures specifications and local code requirements. • New Electrical Disconnect • New Electrical Whip/Power wire from disconnect/switch to new equipment • Proper Size Fuses • New Condenser Pad, level and square • New Gas flex and piping per specs & codes • New Safety Gas Shut-Off Valve New Flue pipe per specs & codes • Condensate drains, both primary & secondary including clean-out tee, trap and electronic safety switch. • Emergency Drain Pan installed under coil (attic installs) • Install manual dampers in all main ducts at plenum to assist in better air distribution (On purchase of ducting only & when accessible/ applicable). • Clean & Chemically Flush existing line-set • Pressure test all refrigerant connections & piping to insure the new system is free of any leaks. • Haul away all jobsite trash and old equipment • All Permit fees and HERS
