Install new motor run control for the downstairs air movement system Clean out upstairs, air movement system, and absorption system (indoor coil) Perform a duct cleaning on both upstairs and downstairs air delivery systems
Performed a tuneup on both furnaces for upstairs and downstairs. All systems are working properly. However, the upstairs unit has a lot of dirt accumulated inside of the blower and the evaporator coil and the air ducts are internally dirty. This is caused from air leaks in the ductwork and lack of maintenance over the years. All systems are 21 years old,Took videos of the ducts and pictures. The downstairs system concerns are the motor run control which allows the air movement motor to work properly at a certain RPM and the air intake system is heat by about 50% due to the install originally After performing the tuneup, replacing the filters and checking all the safety controls, which passed we sent Jessica for options to improve the air quality in the longevity of the system. All of the estimates include the 10% savings from being a club member to the RT Olson family
Provided estimates to install small section of copper waterline and to hook to existing waterline underneath barbecue island install two emergency valves and hook to already installed outdoor faucet. To also run P-trap and dirty arm from existing sink over to existing drain pipe underneath barbecue island approximately 2 feet each to also install gas shut off valve and gas flex line from gas line already run to barbecue and hook up existing barbecue.
Technician noticed leak coming from condensation drain with burst hose connection to drain tee Technician performed leak detection in home. Technician performed pressure test on home, pressure test passed. Technician ran water through waste in order to determine waste leak, test passed
For this job we inspected the upstairs daughter’s room where the primary drain line is. Upon removal of items underneath the sink we noticed wet walls. I then went into the attic to check the drain lines to make sure they were still in tact and then proceeded to use a wet vacuum to clear the drain lines of the hvac a 2nd time. The wife Jennifer alerted me of the downstairs master bedroom showing signs of a leak coming thru the dry wall after they just painted the ceiling of the master bedroom

For this job I cleaned the drain pans of both units. Checked the evaporator coil on both units checked furnace blower motors and made sure the ducts were not impacted. Check safety switches on both units to make sure they were good. Cleaned condenser coils and check electrical of both units and ran a refrigerant test and airflow test
For this job we did a full inspection of the ducts and insulation in the attic. We checked the furnace and evaporator coils, removed the blower motor and checked that. Check the filter and the air flow or the supply registers . Went outside and checked the contractor capacitor and outdoor electrical.
Customer wants to keep existing reverse osmosis system and will call us back to have us replace them on another visit.also would like to have existing water softner worked on
