Christmas eve furnace emergency and not only was he the only person who picked up the phone (even though all local places appeared to be open) but he drove all the way out from calgary (to Didsbury) and was happy to help. Fixed the furnace, saved my plumbing and my christmas eve family plans... thanks Rusty!
