I had wonderful service from a representative of this company. His name is Robert. If you have a clogged drain, Robert's your man. He was extremely polite, informative, helpful, and timely. I called late for service and he added me to his service route for the day. Other companies were booked up or too busy. He really went the extra mile in providing service. Ask for Robert if you are contacting Schuelke Plumbing for service. He's knowledgeable and friendly...and represents the company very well.
Customer had a broken 1.5” pvc coupling approximately 2’ deep under the concrete. Removed damage section of pipe and plumbed in new section with pvc 90s
Performed hydrojetting to customers sewer line. This is the second time having to do so. Gave list of recommendations on previous invoice
Snaked customers sewer system from kitchen drain cleanout. Was able to get the line to drain slowly. Performed camera inspection and could not get past a section located in bathroom. Customer also had water surfacing through concrete whenever water was ran. This leads me to believe customer had a break in sewer line. Recommended digging up section and removing damaged pipe. Upon removing flooring in bathroom we saw that customer had a old toilet drain in bathroom that was not capped properly which was allowing water to surface in bathroom when main was backed up. Added cap to this drain and installed a two way cleanout in back yard to allow for future access. Also installed customer suplied bathroom faucet, hot and cold angle stops for bathroom faucet as well as replace the stems for shower valve.
Customer had a mainline clog. Was able to snake camera from cleanout on side of building. Customer has large amounts of rags and tampons built up in the line. Was able to get most of it cleared. Ran water for several minutes and everything was draining fine. If customer continues to have issues recommend performing hydrojetting to line.
Replaced customers American standard shower valve cartridge
Customer sewer main was backing up causing it to flood out onto the walkway. Attempted to snake it by taking apart the drain where it dropped down into the concrete but could not clear the clog with my 100’ snake. Recommended getting a jetter with a longer hose on it to attempt to clear the clog for $580.00 Performed hydrojetting and followed up with camera inspection. Noticed customers cast iron pipe was very rough and had a lot of build up in it. Recommended digging in front of entrance where sewer exits and installing a cleanout to have better access for removing sludge. Quoted $4200.00
