Cleared customers clog via snaking from downstairs shower drain. Customer has severe water damage to drywall and some cabinets. Recommended customer call his insurance and explain to them he had a soft clog in sewer line causing his shower to back up and flood out his downstairs bathroom to see if he has coverage for the resulting water damage. Upon camera inspection I also noticed customer had a root intrusion under bathroom vanity. Recommended removing vanity and repairing root intrusion for $4,000-5,000.
