Customer had a leaking hose bib in the backyard. Replaced it with a new 3/4 FIP hose bib.
Customer has several root intrusions and cracks throughout clay sewer main in front yard. Recommended performing epoxy lining in order to prevent future clogs Performed approximately 35’ of epoxy lining and installed a two way cleanout in Customers front yard.
Performed camera inspection of customers sewer line and saw several root intrusions and breaks throughout clay pipe. Recommended performing epoxy lining to this section of pipe to prevent future issues. Customers also said they believe that have a galvanized water service and wish to have replaced as well
Customer wishes to have estimate for mold remediation. Has visible mold in bathroom and ceiling in closet that’s located below the bathroom
Customers pfister shower valve stems had failed. Replaced both hot and cold stems with new ones. Upon removal of old stems noticed customers shower valve had lots of build up and rust. Recommended if customer continues to have issues to replace shower valve.
Ran water down customers drain and everything was running properly. Proceeded to run a load through washer machine and almost immediately water started coming out of the bottom front left. Opened access door and noticed customers filter was loose. Tightened filter and ran another load through washer machine and leak had stopped. Recommended to customer to keep an eye on the washer machine and to call an appliance specialist to come out and take a look at washer machine.
