Customer had large root intrusion in sewer in the front yard that I recommend repairing. Was not able to get a clear inspection of he remainder of the line due to the roots and build up in the line obstructing the camera lense. Once the repair has been made includes performing further camera inspection to inspect rest of the cast iron line. Performed spot repair on customers sewer main in front yard and once we removed the section of old cast iron pipe we saw that the bottom of the drain is severely corroded and missing in some parts. Sewer main also had several other root intrusions further up the line near master bathroom. Highly recommended performing epoxy lining to the remainder of the 3” cast iron main running under the home to prevent future issues. Performing the epoxy’s lining now will allow us to replace the sewer main from the current whole without having to dig and trench inside of the home

Customer has several roots growing up around toilet flange causing the flange to lift as well as causing the wax ring to fail. Recommended replacement of toilet flange and chipping away concrete around flange in order to remove as many roots as possible and then sealing up gap with concrete adhesive to prevent roots continuing to grow

Performed leak detection and was able to determine that customer did not have any pressurized water leaks. After further inspection we found that the water coming up through the bathroom tile was a result of then toilet leaking. Pulled toilet to replace wax ring and saw that there was a large amount it roots growing up between the toilet flange and concrete causing the wax ring to fail. Removed as many roots as we could and re set toilet with new wax ring. Highly recommended replacement of toilet flange and sealing up gap between the toilet flange and wax ring in order to prevent roots to continue to grow up around toilet flange.

Customers kitchen sink and washer machine where both backing up when water was draining. Removed washer machine and snaked drain via cleanout and was able to clear clog. Ran water for several minutes and everything was draining properly. Followed with camera inspection and saw that drain line had a low spot that was accumulating grease and solids. Flushed out grease as best as possible. If tenant continues to have issues recommend performing hydrojetting to remove grease.

Removed clog from the previous area. Customer does want to go with the estimate for the spot repair.

After multiple attempts was able to clear the clog. After the line was cleared a camera inspection ensued to figure out what was caused the clog and it was noted that there is a root intrusion in the sewer line. The reason for the clog is because of toilet paper, hair, etc. being caught on the roots causing a buildup. Highly recommend a spot repair with a two way clean out otherwise clog will happen again soon in the future.

Snaked customers mainline from cleanout in front yard. Customer had a clog out under the street. Appears customer has a large offset or a section of pipe that was plumbed in backgraded which is allowing build up to accumulate causing the clog. Was able to clear clog

Was able to clear clog fro cleanout in front of the house. Performed camera inspection and noticed customer had large root intrusion in front of the house about 4’ under the concrete. Strongly recommend jackhammering concrete and digging down and repairing broken section of pole for $1750.00. Customer will continue to have clogs until issue is addressed.

After cleaning out customers drain hose, dishwasher was still not draining. I believe there is an issue with the dishwasher itself that is not letting it drain. Recommended calling appliance repair man to inspect dishwasher.
