Performed pressure test to gas system and saw that system was loosing pressure. Checked gas lines under home and saw that there were several leaks on the 3/4” gas lines while entering the crawl space. Explained to customer that we must get these fixed first. Then perform another pressure test to see if there are any further leaks

Removed customer old leaking water heater with a new Bradford white 50 gal. Customer did not want an expansion tank and also did not want a sediment trap. I replaced the original supply lines as well due to them being calcified, with new supply lines.

Replaced the tail section from the kitchen drain. Didn’t see a leak at the customers faucet, more than likely is that there is water splashing on the faucet while doing the dishes.

Customer has a leak in his 3/4” copper hot water line that goes from his water heat over to kitchen sink that we recommended re-routing. Performed re route of customers hot 3/4” copper water line from behind water heater over to behind kitchen sink manifold. Pressurized customers system and Listened with leak detection equipment to exposed manifold and didn’t hear any water running, we also checked the meter to see if meter was moving. At first meter was not moving which tells us there were no further leaks. At the end of cleaning up we checked meter again and meter was spinning very slowly, walked around the property and noticed customers T&P relive valve was dripping into plater bed on side of the house and customers back hose bib was dripping as well which could lead to the reason for meter spinning. Customers gate valve to shut off the water to the house as well as the gate valve for sprinklers and water heater where not working so we where not able to isolate the different s

Performed leak detecting to customers system. Customer has a water leak on hot side of system. After opening drywall and exposing manifolds behind the water heater, kitchen sink and refrigerator we where able to determine customer has a leak on his 3/4 hot copper water line that goes from behind water heater to behind kitchen sink. This line feeds the kitchen sink as well as a secondary 1/2 line that feeds the upstairs master bathroom. Leak appears to be at the base of the kitchen cabinets under the concrete and flooring. Instead of having to remove flooring and jackhammer concrete I recommend performing a re route and running a new 3/4 PEX line from behind water heater over head in the ceiling and connecting back to the existing copper lines feeding the kitchen sink and master bathroom. Doing so will by pass the damaged 3/4 copper line under ground and will save not having to replace flooring. While performing leak detection it appeared that there is a slight change that their might b

Was told by customer that Maintnace man had already found leak and leak was exposed. Upon arrival Maintnace man only had a manifold opened under kitchen cabinets. And there was no leak on the manifold. Leak is under the foundation of home and leak detection will need to be performed in order to locate where the leak is. Once location of leak is detected a price for repair can be given.
