Customer has water damage to area around upstairs shower to include drywall and insulation as well as water damage in garage below shower to include ceiling and surrounding walls. After performing several test we found that customers shower valve or shower head riser copper line had bursted and caused the water damage. Recommended performing proper mitigation to prevent further water damage and while walls are open we will then be able to perform repair to ruptured line.

Proposal for partial remodel of the kitchen and moving the laundry dryer connections, installing stone around the fireplace, replacing the flooring in the guest bathroom and replacing the entryway flooring.
