Very professional. Project came in under bid and clean up was excellent.
Chandelier did a good job, was very nice and thorough, but at the end we did not come up with a solution, so I’m still at ground zero with my problem?
Tenants wish to just have the approximate 2’ x 2’ section that was removed re installed instead of having to replace entire section of flooring
Customers drains where drains for upstairs sink tie into main under ground has a faulty connection that could leak to issues in the future. Recommend saw cutting and jackhammering inside unit in order to expose issue and perform repair Removed wood base in utility closet where AC unit is in order to access drains as well as removed concrete in front of closet. Exposed previous repairs other plumber had performed and removed damaged section of pipe. Found large amounts of cement like sediment inside of drains. Cleaned out sediment and plumbed in new section with proper fittings and pipe.
Pulled hallway toilet to and ran camera down drain. While performing camera inspection I found several root intrusions in customers backyard under patio. Was unable to get past last root intrusion. Recommend performing repairs to sewer main and installation of mainline cleanout. Explained to customer while sewer line is opened and roots are removed we can then perform further camera inspection of the line to make sure there are no further issues Performed spot repair in back patio. Found that the root intrusions were coming through the clay pipe, as well as a previous repair that had been performed. After performing repair we found that customer existing cast iron drain leading back towards the house was in very poor condition with several fractures, breaks and root intrusions through out the line. Strongly recommended to Cutsomer to perform epoxylining to avoid future issues. Also found that customer is in deed on septic tank and not connected to city sewer as originally stated.
After performed hydrojetting and descaling throughout the system we followed up with camera inspection and found that several sections of the sewer mains where in very poor condition that would eventually lead to further clogs. Recommended performing epoxy lining and pipe bursting throughout the main approximately a total distance of 225. WARRANTY The epoxy lining and pipe bursting come with a 25 year warranty against any corrosion or root intrusions. Warranty does not cover clogs due to items being flushed down drains
Customer has approximately 400+ feet of sewer main they are wishing to have descaling and hydrojetting performed to line. Explained to customer that the best route to go would be be to dig access points to several locations throughout the system in order to gain access to the sewer main to perform the work in order to draw out all the scale and build up in the line. This will also allow us to add more cleanout locations to provide for easier access to maintenance in the future.
Performed camera inspection via the 3 accessible cleanouts throughout the property. During inspection I found that majority of the sewer lines had very large amounts of scale and build up which has been causing clogs. Explained to customer I recommend digging up the sewer line in three different strategic locations in order to give us access to the sewer lines to perform descaling and hydrojetting. The reason for having to dig the holes is so while performing the descaling and hydrojetting we can pull out all debris from the sewer main, this will also allow us to add more clean outs throughout the property
Installed new Bradford white 40 gallon water heater with sediment trap and expansion tank. Also removed old gate valve and installed ball valve
Using arrival customers master toilets fill valve had failed and was constantly running. Replaced fill valve to address this issue. Customer also complained of hallway toilet not filling at times. Inspected the internals of toilet and found that sometimes after flushing the chain would get stuck now allowing flapper to close properly. Adjusted chain and flushed toilet several times and everything was working properly. If customer continues to have issues then recommended replacing internals of toilet
Customer is having their meter moved and needs a new connection to the existing water service. It’s unknown where the existing water service is exactly. We will perform line tracing in order to locate the most feasible location to connect to the existing water service which appears to be 3/4”PVC. Customer was quoted price range of $1800 to $2500 depending on the length and depth of the digging. Was able to relocate the feed for the house approximately 8’ away from palm trees where there was a 1” by 1 1/4” T. Re routed water service from this T over to water meter approximately 10’ away. I believe the 1” pvc is the feed for the house and the 1 1/4 is the feed for the sprinklers.
Customer reported water would randomly up from wall between his two master bathroom sinks. Upon arrival I ran water I all fixtures for several minutes to try and re create the leak but was unable to. Checked meter at front yard but meter was not spinning. Performed camera inspection but could not see any obvious issues with the sewer line. Recommended performing a smoke test to determine if there where any leaks or brakes in the wall on his sewer system.
Customer has mold and water damage to baseboards and drywall surrounding the shower. Recommended performing mold remediation to remove the hazardous mold Demoed affected drywall by customers shower and treated for wood. Customer has a large gap between shower door and tile that I believe is where the water damage is coming from. Recommended customer call the company that installed the glass and gave them fix the issue. The is also a crack in the grout line where the damn and shower wall meet where water is seeping through as well

Customer has copper lines ran exposed on the roof. Wishes to have the plumbed inside the wall so solar panels can be installed. Submitted two estimates. One estimate for a complete repipe of all water lines. And another estimate for installation of new PEX lines in the ceiling and connecting to the existing copper in the walls
