I called to fix a leaking bathtub, and I couldn’t be more impressed! They responded quickly and got me in contact with Chandler. Chandler was professional, pinpointed the issue right away, and got to work. He fixed the leak efficiently and made sure everything was in perfect working order before leaving. Customer complained of water coming out under exterior wall. Performed inspection of plumbing and ruled out any plumbing leaks. Performed flood test to exterior wall and found that water was entering behind exterior light mounted on wall. Recommend sealing around light and performing flood test again to ensure there are no other areas where water can seep through
Upon arrival customer has severe water damage to ceiling below bathtub and subfloor of bathroom as well as water damage to couches, rug and several boxes. Opened drywall below bathtub in order to inspect for leak. After running water for several minutes I proceeded to fill bathtub with water. Once bathtub filled with water I began to apply pressure to tub to imitate someone entering tub in which water began to drip from bottom of tub down into the living room. There is chip located in the tub in which is resulting in the leak. Strongly recommended performing proper water damage mitigation, as well as replacement of bathtub to avoid future leaks.
Customer is opening up a Boba store and wishes to have an estimate for installation of 3 floor sinks and one floor drain to accommodate their appliances they are installing. Customer also wishes to have estimate for us to draw up a set of plans for installation of drains. Customer stated that plans could be hand drawn to be submitted to the city.
Customers toilet was really loose. Re-set toilet. Noticed customer had a repair flange that was really rusted out. Recommended if toilet becomes loose again to replace toilet flange.
