Customer reported constant sewage clogs. Performed camera inspection via laundry cleanout as well as kitchen drain cleanout. Drains under home were ABS and appeared to be in good condition. I believe the issue is the septic is full and needs to be pumped.
Customer complained of water heater making weird noises. We flushed and drain customers water heater. While water heater was heating back up we did not hear any unusual noises. Also replaced customers gate valve and flex line for water heater. Customer also complained of a leak under kitchen sink. Upon further inspection we notice customer had 2 issues. One was water was seeping under faucet and garbage disposal button and the second was customer had a crack tubular drain under kitchen sink. We added caulking around fixtures to try and prevent water seeping down. Customer stated she was going to call her contractor that remodeled the kitchen to fix the drain issue. Explained to customer that leak will still continue until crack is fixed.
