Performed leak detection on unit and did not see or hear any evidence of an active water line leak. Checked meter and meter was not moving. After opening drywall where elevated moisture was detected and running test on exterior wall we saw that there where several holes and access points in where the outside/rainwater was entering the building. Recommended sealing these holes and openings to prevent future rain water from entering
Customers hot water line that comes from water heater and manifolds behind shower is leaking. Recommended performing a hot water line re route of this line. Opened drywall in water heater closet and master closet and re routed hot water line from water heater to behind shower

Performed leak detection and found 1/2” hot water line leaking in the slab. Attempted direct access repair however line was determined to be in the concrete footing and inaccesible. Performed reroute of the line Work performed as contracted tested system and no leaks found. Recommended replacing the waste and overflow on the tub, customer declined.
Customer reports a slab leak in master bedroom. It is very difficult to perform leak detection on potable water system without having access to all 4 units that are connected to the same meter. Will need to have access to all 4 units in order to make sure there is no other water running while performing leak detection. Quote is $450.00 for the first hour of leak detection and $195.00 for every hour after. Most leaks are able to be found within 2-3 hours.
Was able to get customers water heater to re-lite. Customers water heater was built in 2005. If water heater continues to have issues recommended replacing water heater with new one for $1800.00
Customers handle and shower cartridge was broken. Replaced cartridge and shower handle. Customer reported this is the 2nd time this had occurred. Recommended replacing shower valve if issue persists.
Customer wanted an estimate to add an additional meter to property. Told her I’d have to look into what it’d take to have that done and get back to her on an estimate. This will also include running approximately 50-60’ of pvc for water service towards back house.
