Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on duct e air conditioning system. Technician found multiple concerns including LRA near manufacture specifications, informed customer of hard start kit options. Found insulation on lineset is spotty dry rotted and showing copper. Also found thumb gum sealing penetration hole not fully covering hole. Informed customer of findings and showed options HN1 A-E To address concerns. Customer inquired about what if it was left alone informed customer unit is losing efficiently but can wait if need be. Customer choose to pass today and possibly taking care of concerns at next ac check.
