Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2010 Bryant air conditioner system. 35/5 voltage absorption system reading 33.7/4.8. 64 in rush amps. 88–108 hard start reading 105. Left 20251 filter. No issues at this time.

Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2013 Bryant AC system. Found 35/5 voltage absorbers in system reading 35/5 found 88–108 hard start reading 101. 58 in Rush amps informed customer of surge protection customer is not interested 16254 filter still has life customer maintains.
Found safety switch in primary drain, floor condensate drain in secondary. Swapped drains to proper outlets from drain pan. Found second water leak inside furnace drain clamp looks to be able to be better seated on trap. Fixed issue for customer no further issues at this time.
Cost to install heat pump system. Cost to replace electric heat pump with natural gas furnace and air conditioning.
Customer stated thermostat wasn’t reading indoor temp this morning. Thermostat reading 99 upon arrival. Explained options for replacement Quoted hh6 a-e customer chose option a retrieve t4 stat and performed repair. No issues upon departure. System running 0 ppm co in supply. Will have office send hard copy of invoice

Explained to customer current industry situation with refrigerants. Hj2C for repair. Customer wants quote for new system.
