Annual maintenance check on a Bryant furnace, technician discovered humidifier was not operating. Customer decided to have replaced. We are installing a new Bryant humidifier on Friday.
Icing on the condenser means low refrigerant. Cost to replace heat pump. Install heat pump and humidifier cost.

The existing furnace had a cracked heat exchanger, which was causing potential safety hazards. I recommended the installation of a new furnace and humidifier. The new system included a Bryant Evolution 980T furnace and an Aprilaire 5000 humidifier. The installation involved replacing the old unit, ensuring proper airflow, connecting the humidifier to the furnace, and calibrating both systems for optimal performance and air quality. The system was tested and set to 68°F for efficient operation.
