Wally was ablel to offer us a Leveling Service for our unit outside, rather than the wonderful bricks and planks of wood we had to keep it level - we appreciated this - we asked for his opinion on the situation and he let us know about the work he could do on it - he didn't push it at all - appreicated that as well, and we were able to schedule it for the following day - thanks Wally

Annual maintenance check on a Bryant heat pump. Replaced failed start assist, which helps with energy consumption and extend compressor lifetime
Performed a maintenance check on a Bryant air conditioner. Inspected electrical components, checked refrigerant levels, and examined the condenser and evaporator coils. Verified proper operation of the fan motor and compressor. The air filter was also inspected and replaced to ensure optimal system performance.
Completed spring maintenance on Rheem package unit. Checked refrigerant levels (subcooling at 12°F), cleaned evaporator coil, and verified proper drainage. Amp draw within specification at 19.2A. Discovered minor duct leakage at plenum connection. Sealed with mastic and verified static pressure improvement from 0.65 to 0.48 inches WC.
In Galena, OH, I diagnosed a Majestic fireplace with a faulty flame sensing system, which was preventing consistent operation. I documented the issue and will research compatible replacement parts. Once located, I’ll contact the customer to discuss repair options.
