Breaker off at unit. Resupplied power. Found furnace cycled on properly. Ran for roughly 40 seconds and then blower died off. Advised blower will need replaced. Advised communication blower may have cause issues with board as well. Presented hc6a-e. A for blower b for blower and wheel, c-e as listed. Customer wants to do more research as he wasn’t expecting such a repair cost. Wants quote for replacement equipment as well. Will write quote and email this evening. Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on O2 Rheem a system. R22. Customer is aware of age and refrigerant. Found 45/5 voltage absorption system reading 42.8/49. 188-226 hard start reading 124. Cleaned 20254 filter customer replaced yesterday. 71RA 49 SA. No issues at this time.
Comfort maker heat pump was not operating. Technician arrived. Checked unit found no issues. Customer stated that he had cleaned evaporator coil himself. Technician believes unit was on thermal lockout due to dirty evaporator coil.
Responded to no heat. Found no voltage being sent to inducer motor. Explained customer overtime charges to open supply house. Quoted he20 a-e customer chose option a and understands subject to price change due to part price. Opened supply house. Retrieved part. Had to upgrade repair to option B. Confirmed okay with customer before work performed customer accepted repair cost performed repair and cycled system. Furnace cycled on properly running with 10%o2. 4 ppm co in flu. 0 ppm co in supply. Replaced 16251 filter. No further issues at this time.

Advised will need a couple hours to take hot shower. Founs water leaking from furnace. Customer had maintenance service performed in recent past. Found loose water line. Resecured water line. No further issues found. Water heater is working upon departure.
