Cost to replace oil furnace with natural gas furnace. Cost to install natural gas furnace and air condition. Cost to install humidifier.
Replaced failed capacitor on Carrier heat pump. Diagnosed high amperage draw causing cycling issues. Capacitor measured at 35 microfarads against 45 rating. Installed new 45/5 dual run capacitor. Recommended annual maintenance to prevent premature compressor failure during upcoming cooling season.

Performed a seasonal maintenance check on a Carrier heat pump. Cleaned the outdoor coils, checked refrigerant pressures, and inspected the electrical connections. Tested the reversing valve and defrost controls to ensure proper operation during colder weather. Confirmed that the thermostat was functioning correctly. The system is now ready for efficient heating throughout the winter.

Responded to no cool. Customer said it froze up. They let thaw for 24 hours and now thermostat states waiting reading sensors. Customer replaced filter and stated it was very dirty. Believed to be reason for freezing. Found good pressure with low subcooling. Dirty condenser. Offered to clean unit. Stated they will wash unit. Found thermistor had bad connection at heat pump. Replaced wire nuts and ensured good connection. Thermostat reading 91. 86 ambient temperature with sensor in sunlight. Accurate reading on stat. Unit cycled on properly multiple times
