The customer reached out for HVAC leak repair when their system began making unusual noises and failing to maintain consistent temperatures. Upon inspection, I discovered a refrigerant leak near the condenser, which was causing the system to lose pressure and struggle to regulate the indoor climate. I repaired the leak, replaced any damaged seals, and recharged the refrigerant to the proper level. After running the system through several cycles, it was cooling and heating effectively again, ensuring the customer’s HVAC system was fully operational and running efficiently.
Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 04 Bryant furnace. Found humidifier to not be in operation. Customer did not want repairs done on it. Replaced 16201 filter. Cleaned flame sensor and flu trap. Unit running with 9.75%o2. 33ppm co in flu. 0 ppm co in supply. 48 degree deltat. 10 voltage absorption system reading 9.2.
Return to check on noise customer said he has not experienced vibration today noise happens at night. Ensured blower motor and wheel are tight and not moving. Ran heat pump in heating. Customer nor tech Experienced vibration noise. Ran in cooling,em heat, and tested defrost to find similar results. Covered today trip under repair. Advised will have to charge service charge if needing to return again.

Responded to furnace issues. Customer stated filter only lasted about 3 weeks before furnace overheats. Found multiple closed registers on every floor of home. Opened all registers for maximum airflow. Filter is white and full of while particle matter typically associated with isolated room humidifiers. Customer uses humidifiers upstairs with baby advised to be sure to use distilled water specifically cannot check at this time as baby is in room being attended to. Customer chose to sign up for maintenance customer requested we start with ac check. Cycled furnace. Found steady running state of 32 degree deltat. Pushing 108 degree supply air.
