Responded to second opinion. Home is 1 year old. Customer is having comfortability issues upstairs. Currently 8 degree difference between upstairs and main level. Explained second levels commonly have comfort issues. Customer had concerns with unit sizing.. found 3.5t ac installed. Per customer home is 3000 sq ft. Advised unit slightly undersized. Also found 8x24 return duct. Advised also small for system, 10x24 or 12x24 would much better suit home and allow better airflow throughout home. Advised we can replaced 3.5 with 4 ton but concerns still present with total comfortability upstairs. Customer has eco bee with smart sensor. Explained use of sensor and it’s pros and cons of use. Found multiple concerns including disconnect box fell apart upon attempting to remove disconnect coded HB7 for replacement disconnect. Customer chose option a. Replaced part. Cleaned system. 30/3 voltage absorption system reading 28.8/2.9. 17 degree deltat. Customer had mouse nest in ac. Cleared nest. Advised may want rodent deterrent to prevent damage. Corner of ac is missing fins advised typically associated with animal urine and to break any animal peeing on system.

Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 21 Bryant ac system. Found 60 voltage absorption system reading 58.8. Advised bushes could be trimmed back to allow better airflow. Drier vent behind bushes has allowed condenser to be very dirty. Advised customer should keep up on maintenance and possibly think about a second wash down a year. Trimming bushes may also help unit stay clean. Advised customer of surge protection and hard start accessories. Ballparked 350 for one or 550 for both. Customer will talk with husband and call back if wanting to proceed

Customer stated she would set thermostat to heat the furnace would not come on. May call for heat. Furnace cycled on properly multiple times without fault clean 14251 filter in 16251 rack. Advised will want to replace asap. Customer inquired if cooling worked made call. System cycled on properly. No issues at this time. Old Lennox furnace

Cleaned condenser left new 16251 filter. 69/49 20 degree deltat. 60 degree ambient temperature. No issues at this time.
