I continue to receive great service, and this time when our air conditioning went out on the weekend. After some attempts to verify on my own this wasn't just a lockup I called SHC on Sunday morning at 8:45 AM and Wally called me back 2 minutes later to let me know he has my call and will be his second stop. He arrived about 90 minutes later and diagnosed the issue and repaired it (bad capacitor) in under 30 minutes.
