Responded to no cool situation. Resupply power to unit customer stated breaker would trip immediately found breaker would trip immediately for 4 attempts. Breaker stayed on for 5th attempt. Due to tornado watch in area advised customer we would reach out to schedule tomorrow. She will be home at 415 Upon arrival customer stated furnace was not operating at all found 120 V coming to board but no LED or low-voltage found bad transformer presented options HD3 a through E customer chose option C performed repair of transformer voltage absorption system flame sensing system and surge protection. Found voltage being stolen as well as an extra short trace back to voltage distribution system of AC system. Presented options HD2 a through E customer chose option C performed voltage distribution system repair as well as cleaned condenser coil and replaced voltage absorption system. Cycled system system currently running with 21° delta T. No further issues at this time

Responded to no heat. Gas company stated pressure loss past shut off. Checked for leaks via electronic gas leak detector. Found no sign of leak. Double checked for leaks with big blu micro leak micro bubble soap solution. Found no sign of leak around all joints and fittings. Customer was present to find no bubbles as well. Customer stated gas tech said it may be in gas control. Advised typical process is to shut off all gas shut offs and test to shut offs then once passing test use electronic leak detector on equipment side of line. Advised if he allowed any psi to gas valve gas valve would not be able to hold pressure back. Cannot confirm or deny. No obvious sign of gas leak at gas valve. Offered to replaced gas valve Customer is not interested at this time. Advised customer of service club as well as furnace age. 02 furnace. Started furnace up. Found 0 ppm co in flu. Furnace operating properly at this time. No gas leak found near shut off via bubbles or electronic detector. Colle
Upon arrival thermostat stated pressure switch closed inducer off. Found pressure switch stuck closed not allowing furnace to cycle. Opened pressure switch circuits. Cycled multiple times. Furnace running at this time. Found 12” return quoted 1z4 b-E with pressure switch repair included. Customer chose option b. Will return tomorrow with parts to repair
