Great service

Joel showed up on time and took care of my air conditioner. He told me there was a problem and got it fixed up fast. The unit is working well right now.

Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2008 Rheem furnace system. System is running properly and within manufacture specifications at this time with one concern bearing in the inducer motor making slight vibration noise. Informed customer of issue. Suggested it might behoove them to be financially ready for possible issues. However I can cut down the noise with pressure to motor. No further concerns at this time

Found old r22 Goodman unit low on charge. Only producing about 9° delta T. Customer complained water leaking out of evap coil cabinet, informed customer this could be rusted out drain pan broken drain pan or clogged condensation drain however technician cannot take apart either coil due to condensation drain caulked to coil cabinet. Customer stated they needed cooling today, had customer sign Leak sheet. Refilled unit to 23° superheat system producing 18+ degree delta t upon departure. System cooled house down 4 degrees while performing repair.

Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on multiple air conditioning systems. Notes are as follows. All units are running with 20 degree delta t. Replaced all 20251 filters. Cleaned all condenser coils. Unit a (right hand furnace.) voltage absorption system rated 5 reading 5. No pitting/burning. 43.5 inrush start up amps. Unit b (left hand furnace). Voltage absorption system rated 5 reading 4.9. No indication of pitting/burning. 63 inrush amps. Unit c. (Lone furnace). Voltage absorption system rated 5 reading 5. No indication of any pitting/burning. 42 inrush amps. Informed customer all units could have surge protection and hard start kit installed. Customer is not interested at this time.

Returned to replace warranty blower motor. Installed new blower and cycled unit. Found system having intermittent issues with blower. Removed jumper between high cool and heat. Placed high speed tap on hi cool. Placed medium high on heat. Cycled unit. Running with 20 degree temp drop for remaining period while tech there. In duct smoke detector was tripped. Did not shit furnace power off. Advised customer system needs certification. We do not have a certified tech. Advise custom air may have needed Tech.

Found outdoor system running upon arrival without operation of IFM. outdoor system was frozen. Found board not properly sending voltage to blower motor. Informed customer of fault and presented options HE20A-E. customer chose option a. Performed repair to find proper signal sent to IFM fan would cycle on but cut out in about 2 seconds. Found board short damaged blower motor windings or vise versa. Customer had IFM replaced in may. 1 year warranty. Called and ordered part. Will return with motor Monday afternoon to repair furnace

Thermostat shows Call for cooling upon arrival. Indoor system running outdoor fan also running. Found hard start kit dead. Safety port Blown open. Removed kit and tried to start system. Compressor has hard time starting up and fails each time. Checks ohm resistance. Found open line to common wire. Compressor dead. Informed customer. Serial number reads 2011 do not see any other manufacture date. Customer stated it’s not that old. Couldn’t find history with specific unit. Customer stated disappointment wants to talk to higher up in morning informed them I’ll let my manager know and we will go from there.

Technician responded to a no cool incident on a Bryant air conditioner. Upon inspection of the unit the technician found the voltage enhance my system completely dead. Customer stated they have had power outage issues in their area recently. Technician presented options HN13a-e. Customer chose option V. Technician verified operation of unit after repair was complete. Supply air 58.9°. Return air 82°. No issues at this time.

Found unit not calling for cooling upon arrival. Made call for cooling and found indoor system cycled on outdoor system failed to cycle. Found disconnect fuse shorted not allowing proper voltage. Replaced fused. System cycled on without issue ran with 16 degree temp drop. Found systems furnace has rust holes in flue. Also found all 3 ac systems dirty covered with debris. Also found far system to back of building fan making access noise. Informed customer of possible issues in future. Informed customer of findings and offered service plan. Customer denied only wants HB3A performed today. No further concerns.

Perfomed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 2015 Bryant air conditioning system. System is running properly and within manufacture specifications at this point. Customer had concern with outdoor sealant. Presented option SH3A to replace insulation and sealant. Customer accepted. Technician performed repair. Also found concern with furnace flue being rusted out cracking and showing gaps in metal. Showed pictures and brought up concern to customer presented options Hm12a-e customer chose option a to address concern. Tech has material on van. Performed repair today.

Customer had furnace off at disconnect switch. Resupplied power and called for cooling. Found voltage absorption system dead. Not allowing compressor or fan to operate. Presented options hn13 A-E to address fault. Customer chose option a due to wanting to sell soon. Found rust and crack in flue pipe informed customer of issue. Customer chose to let it go for time being. Preformed repairs cycled unit. Unit cycled properly and ran with 19 degree temperature drop. No further concerns
