Diagnosed Goodman heat pump with R-410A refrigerant leak. Located fractured suction line at compressor connection due to vibration. Repaired connection, pressure tested system to 450 PSI with nitrogen, evacuated to 250 microns, and recharged to manufacturer specifications. Verified superheat at 12°F and subcooling at 10°F. Recommended installing vibration isolation pads and spring maintenance before cooling season begins.

Replaced inducer assembly and verified proper condensate drainage. Static pressure tests confirmed adequate airflow across heat exchanger. Advised customer on annual maintenance schedule to prevent recurrence.

Working for our client in Reynoldsburg, OH, I performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on a 14-year-old Bryant furnace. I cycled the heat and recorded 6.9% O₂, 47 ppm CO in the flue, and 0 ppm CO in the supply, with a 47-degree Delta T. I replaced the 16x25x1 air filter, measured the ignition at 47 ohms, and cleaned the flame sensor and flue trap. No issues were identified during this inspection.
