Josh has come to our home twice to service our Mitsubishi mini- split. He is very thorough, professional, personable and remembered our dogs name and gave her a treat! She loves when he visits and she is picky!! We will continue to request Josh and also plan to transfer our other service needs ( ac and furnace) to Sears because of Josh. He is the Best!!

Serviced Lennox G71MPP furnace with pressure switch fault. Discovered condensate drain line blockage causing negative pressure issues. Cleared primary and secondary drains, verified proper operation at -0.8 inches WC. Cleaned flame sensor and checked gas pressure at 3.5 inches WC. Recommended annual maintenance program.
Responded to a heat pump issue where it wasn’t switching to heating mode. Found a faulty reversing valve. Replaced the valve, checked refrigerant levels, and tested the system. Verified proper defrost cycle operation and restored full heating functionality. The heat pump is now running efficiently without further issues.
Installed a new Bryant high-efficiency gas furnace for a homeowner. Connected the unit to the existing ductwork, ran a new condensate drain line, and wired the thermostat for proper operation. Verified gas pressure and airflow. Tested the furnace in heating mode to ensure consistent performance, and calibrated the thermostat for accurate temperature control.
