Holden was so knowledgeable, kind, prompt and thorough. He had to clean the nastiest coil and was so positive. He ended up the very red eye from all the fog fur he pulled out but never said a word. I'm the one that noticed. He calmed me after I was beginning to freak out about the AC unit. I'm a first time home owner. Single and feeling the pains of spending money on a fixer upper. He in short was Awesome!!!
