When I experienced a leaky toilet, the company was able to send someone out the same day, which I appreciated very much! Mr. McCoy took the time to go to each area where I experienced water to make sure the issue was resolved. Thank you.

We called Service Olympians because we had a slow drip under our kitchen sink. One technician came out, looked at it for a few minutes, and said he thought it was the caulking between the sink and counter top. We fixed this, but the leak continued. Another technician came out. We had a new faucet to install, but first we wanted to know the cause of the drip. Again, the guy only looked at it for a minute or two, and didn’t have any ideas. I asked him to keep looking, and after a short time he said it was the old faucet, so we paid $220 for him to install it, hoping it would solve the problem. But the leak continued. We then called a different plumber (from Wheeland Plumbing) who took his time and really looked, and within 10 minutes he found the cause. I’m upset that we wasted so much time with Service Olympians, because they either lacked the skill to diagnose the problem, or just didn’t care to. Would never use this company again.

They were able to do work same day. Install took about 7 hours. A bit pricey, but the work quality appears to be excellent.

Trevor and Austin were awesome! They arrived ahead of schedule, quickly diagnosed my plumbing problem, and worked efficiently until the issue was resolved. They were polite and courteous, even carrying all my wet towels down to the laundry room for me! I would definitely call again and recommend to friends.
