We had a no-heat situation during the extreme cold period of December '22. We got Keith's name from a friend, gave him a call and he responded immediately. He offered honest advice on which unit to buy, and had it installed and operating shortly after we signed the contract with him. He also made some adjustments to our duct work at our request. We have nothing but the highest praise for him.
