Mark is great. He always provides great service and education to us about our furnace.
When calling to schedule a cleaning for my service , I requested a certain employee because He services the furnace to my liking, and because he accomidates my hrs. When speaking to Don I found him very rude. Instead of trying ti help me get my certain employee to come to my house, he kept telling me We are not going to pay him overtime and if you really want him have him talk to me first. He said that mutiple times to me. When I have been using Joe Reynolds for yrs. and he always accomidates my hours.Don made me very uncomfotable and very very rude.

Mark was on time, kept his workspace clean (hard to do with a messy job). His experience showed, I have confidence in his work. Keisha (hope I got the spelling correct) was great to work with on the phone.
I've had the same service person over the years and completely satisfied with his fine professional work.
