Not sure why, but within a month after we had our seasonal service visit, there was no heat. Skylands scheduled a service visit promptly, though I was in no hurry due to the mild weather we were having. The tech came within the first 15 minutes of the 3 hour time frame we were given, and was able to get the heat going. Still not sure why it “flipped the switch”, but now I know what to do first if it happens again so we’re not cold.
