I had my furnace cleaning scheduled between 10-12. Not only did Ryan show up on time, but he was early by at least 20 minutes. He worked quickly (he was there at least 2 1/2 hours), quietly(as possible) and neatly. He was friendly and professional. He told me what he did and answered all my questions. Since switching to Skylands, I have been quite satisfied with the service received from all of the staff I have dealt with.
