HVAC Service: Arrived at the client’s home after reports that the central air conditioning system was not cooling effectively. Inspected the system and found a malfunctioning contactor preventing the compressor from engaging. Replaced the defective contactor, inspected electrical connections, and verified refrigerant pressure levels. Tested the system to ensure proper compressor and fan operation. Confirmed consistent cooling throughout the home.
I cleaned and inspected a residential AC unit’s condenser coils today. Dirty coils reduce cooling efficiency and increase energy costs. By thoroughly cleaning the coils and checking refrigerant levels, I helped the system run smoothly and keep the home comfortable during the hot summer months.
