Dallas had to come back 3 months after changing out a part on my a/c unit. Contactor was over heating & slowly melting the jacket of the cable. He replaced it without hesitation and said it was probably his fault when he first replaced it. No haggling or trying to blame it on something else. You don’t find that too often.

Indoor unit making noise. Dirty blower wheel. Unit was vibrating
Cooling service maintenance, filter change, and adjusted air flow
Not Cooling. Adjusted freon charge and moved expansion valve bulb outside of the evaporator coil
Replaced a condenser fan motor
