I had a small warranty item and they were very quick to schedule appointment to come out and handle the issue. It was a very pleasant experience, David called 15 minutes before he showed up just like he said he would. He then fixed the issue in a very timely fashion. This is a new home and I wish that the other venders were as responsive and professional as David at Smith & Willis.
