Joe came out when my furnace was broke down. Found the problem right away but went and did a check on my system. He gave me options and we decided to get a new system since our system was 19 years old. He was there the next day and good out new system in. Could not be happier with his service and the price was just right. 10 years part and labor was standard on all his quotes. The other company only offered 1 year of labor and was more money. Highly recommend SMP

We contacted SMP discussed that our AC didn’t seem to be able to keep up. It was cooling but not like it should. We called on Memorial Day and he came out the very next day at the time we asked for! He was prompt, honest, fair and did quality work. He got our AC up and running (cooling) within an hour or less. Told us it may last two hours or 3 years (which we knew could be the case). Our home is 18 years old and nearing the end of life on the furnace and AC. When one of them goes we will definitely be having him do the work and replacement. The service we had done to get us by for who know how long is minuscule compared to a replacement so we chose to take a gamble and see how much more life we can get out of the unit. To say the least we were please.
