Alex arrived and went straight to work. When the issue was found he explained it very thoroughly in a way I could understand. Let me make the decisions. No pressure ever. Prices were given up front as well as choices I could make. Very very polite. Fixed the issue and stayed to make sure it worked. Talked with us and answered every question with the utmost patience. Even reminded us we had a free maintenance due and what all of it included, which is very thorough. Set it up before he left and sent us emails to confirm. I am so glad we have the service plan.
