Frank is supervising what is for our household the biggest project we have asked Summers to take on: renovation of household a/c with a replacement of the one system and the addition of a second for our upstairs. The multi-day project, still in progress, has been very impressive. Frank manages a competent crew that shows up when promised and works diligently, maintains a clean work site, is respectful of the house, and at all times is friendly and responsive to questions. Frank has taken care to explain all that he is doing: the process itself, the technology to be installed, and he explains safety features and cautions very clearly and understandably. At the end of the day, he reviews the day's work with me, presents and identifies the technology he has installed, and entertains questions. We have come to rely on Summers for many years and it's our first time working with Frank---truly an excellent manager of a complex (to us!) project.
