Al showed up exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the problem quickly and recommended the correct solution. Laura quoted me a price that beat a competitive quote by $800 (and matched the make of the furnace, which the competitor didn't do), and she was able to schedule the job within 4 days of my acceptance of the quote. Al and Robert completed the work in exactly the time they said they would, performed a flawless installation, and cleaned up immaculately. All along the process Al cheerfully answered all of my [many] questions and just couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant to work with.
